Ingredients
Ice
Shaker
1 ½ oz. white rum
1 ½ oz. habanero rum
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. ginger extract (see ginger extract recipe)
9 oz. martini glass
Lime wedge
Preparation
½ fill shaker with ice add Big Titty URSO white rum, Big Titty habanero rum, lime juice, simple syrup ginger extract (see ginger extract recipe). Shake vigorously 30 times. Strain into martini glass & garnish with lime.
