Original Cuba Libre

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 14 oz. glass

  • ¾ oz. of syrup (see Cuba Libre syrup recipe)

  • Lime juice

  • 3 oz. white rum

  • Soda water

  • Lime wedge

Cuba Libre syrup: ¼ C molasses and 1 C honey….


Preparation

Add Cuba Libre syrup to your glass and a healthy squeeze of lime juice, Big TItty URSO white rum then stir well, fill glass with ice, top with soda water, stir, garnish with lime wedge
