Belize is a small, peaceful country in the Caribbean.  Rum making is an integral part of Belize history.  

You can’t make great rum without great water, which is why we chose Placencia, a beautiful, low key, boutique community. Drawn from a deep limestone aquifer with no PCBs, no heavy metals, no ground water contaminants and a natural PH 7... you can’t do better than that.  

Rum is made from molasses and Belize produces the high grade, unsulfured, blackstrap kind.
